BOND BUYER: Fortuño Submits 2010 Budget with $2B in Cuts

THE BOND BUYER: Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortuño Wednesday evening released a $7.67 billion fiscal 2010 budget proposal, a spending plan that is $1.8 billion smaller than the current $9.48 billion budget.

Miss America 2010 Welcomes Miss Puerto Rico

The 2010 Miss America Pageant will now showcase 53 incredibly talented, intelligent and beautiful young women live on TLC from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. (Pageant date TBA.)
