Since 1993, these efforts have helped to build over 1,100 interfaith volunteer care giving programs across the country. The Foundation plans to expand this network by supporting the development of 2,000 more Faith in Action coalitions over the next seven years. In addition to providing start-up grants of $35,000, the Foundation will offer technical support and advice on how to develop successful, sustainable care giving programs.
